The eagerly (by the Campervan Getaways team and several enquirers) anticipated Fan Gwyn is being converted by our partner company Arrow Campervans, and we have been given assurances that the re-born Fan Gwyn will be ready for its first customer on 24th August. We have already had a booking for the August bank holiday weekend, and look forward to a busy two months throughout September and October.

Photos will be made available on the website and social media as Fan Gwyn is being converted and we really look forward to sharing its progress with you wonderful (and not so wonderful) people.

Fan Gwyn is a Peugeot Boxer long wheel base with a high roof so will be roomier inside and will feature a permanent double bed and two pull out singles. There will also be a separate shower and toilet room with hand basin, although no hot water unless heated on the gas stoves which is perfectly doable!

All of our vans have diesel heaters and Fan Gwyn will be no exception! We are totally anticipating their use over the autumn and even winter months where prices will be a touch cheaper, and people can count on staying warm through the nights. Or getawayers can just head to the South of France or Spain to soak up some winter rays as all vans have European insurance cover.
